Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, basically two shipping methods will be available: Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Due to the size of a typical wholesale order and high fuel cost, we only provide Express shipping on individual basis. Customers in such need can contact sales@echomerx.com for a prompt express shipping quote before or after placing order.

Standard Shipping takes about 6 - 7 business day to deliver and will use either form of Fedex or USPS ground transportation. Priority Shipping is the immediate upgrade to Standard Shipping and takes 3 - 4 business days. Delivery to AK and HI will only use USPS. At present, we don't offer 2 day, overnight express options.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method best for you. Shipping costs are dependent on the the order value and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and payment clear by 3:00 p.m. PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
